HISTORY OF LEGISLATION IN THE UNITED STATES
Take Action
Follow these steps to fight back.
1. TAKE THE TEMP WORK SURVEY
The survey will help TWJ analyze your needs. It can help us potentially connect you with organizations and resources to address your specific issues.

The information provided in the survey also helps create a better understanding of temporary employment. From this, we can do a better job educating the public and advocating for effective reforms.
2. SHARE THE SURVEY WITH YOUR NETWORK
Talk to your coworkers, family, and friends. Get them to take the survey at TempWorkerJustice.org and talk about your experience in the workplace.

Follow us on social media, share temp worker news, and share the survey on Facebook with the @TempWorkerJustice tag or on twitter with the #TempWorkerJustice hashtag.

3. IDENTIFY YOURSELF AS A LEADER TO TWJ
Contact us and tell us why, and how, we might be able to work together to bring change to your workplace.
4. ORGANIZE A WEBINAR OR IN-PERSON MEETING WITH TWJ
Temp Worker Justice staff or board members may want to get personally involved in helping you or your organization. We can provide education about worker rights and best practices for organizing within temped-out workplaces. Email info@TempWorkerJustice.org with information about your group and needs.
5. GET INVOLVED WITH LOCAL WORKERS' ORGANIZATIONS
In some circumstances, we may be able to go even further and connect you with local groups that you can work with to build power in the workplace and create change. This will be based on information collected from your temp work survey and direct follow up from a TWJ representative. TWJ supports partner organizations with educational, legal, and strategic resources that have proven successful in the temp worker movement - but none of that can happen without active, organized temp workers like you!
